{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Ohio Farmers Insurance Company ("OFI"), and third-party defendant-appellant, Northern Valley Contractors, Inc. ("NVCI"), collectively referred to as appellants, appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio in favor of defendants-appellees, state of Ohio and Ohio School Facilities Commission ("OSFC"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm that judgment.
