{¶1} Mark R. Maynard (hereinafter "Maynard") appeals the judgment of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of domestic violence. On appeal, Maynard first contends that the jury should have found that he acted in self-defense. We disagree. Instead, we find substantial evidence upon which the jury could have reasonably concluded that Maynard did not act in self-defense. Next...
