{¶ 1} Defendant Archie E. Blocker appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of failure to notify (underlying offense is aggravated murder, murder, or FI), in violation of R.C. 2950.05(A) and (F)(1), a felony of the first degree. Blocker filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on March 15, 2011.
