FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} In October 2010, Paul M. Stone was indicted for disseminating material harmful to a juvenile under R.C. 2907.31(A)(3). He later pled guilty to one count of public indecency, in violation of R.C. 2907.09(B)(1), a second degree misdemeanor. The trial court ordered a presentence investigation.
