{¶1} Respondent-appellant, Jeffrey J. Whitman ("Jeffrey"), appeals the July 1, 2010 judgment of the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, finding him in civil contempt and sentencing him to serve three days in jail as a civil contempt sanction. Jeffrey also appeals the April 7, 2011 judgment of the same court ordering him to pay as an additional contempt sanction the attorney fees of petitioner-appellee...
