{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Jesse Hurley ("Hurley") appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Putnam County convicting him of felonious assault. On appeal, Hurley argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it denied his request for expert fees, that the trial court erred in failing to grant his Crim.R. 29 motion for acquittal, that the jury verdict of guilty was not supported by sufficient evidence...
