DIANE V. GRENDELL, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Dustin A. Beach ("Beach"), appeals the Judgment Entry of the Girard Municipal Court, finding him guilty of Assault, sentencing him to 180 days in the Trumbull County Jail, and ordering him to pay a fine of $1,000. The issue to be determined by this court is whether Beach's conviction is against the manifest weight of the evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision...
