DECISION AND JUDGMENT

YARBROUGH, J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a final decree of divorce ordered by the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. Defendant-appellant William Birr contends that the decree of divorce does not equitably divide the marital assets. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
