{¶1} James E. Butler, administrator of the estates of Alexander J.E. Butler, Aubrey M. Butler, and Braden W. Butler, appeals from a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, United Apartment Group, Inc. (UAG).
