{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals from a decision of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas sustaining defendant-appellee's, Darryl E. Hoskins Jr.'s, motion to suppress, filed on March 8, 2011. A hearing was held on the motion on April 28, 2011. On June 22, 2011, the trial court issued a written decision sustaining the motion.
