DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Karen Heydinger, filed July 16, 2010. On April 12, 2010, Heydinger was charged in Dayton Municipal Court with one count of assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.13(A), a misdemeanor of the first degree. Following a bench trial, Heydinger was found guilty.
