{¶1} Appellant, Lynn C.T., has appealed from a judgment of the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, that terminated her parental rights to her minor child, S.S., and placed the child in the permanent custody of Wayne County Children Services Board ("CSB"). For the reasons that follow, this Court vacates the judgment of the trial court and remands the cause for further proceedings...
