{¶1} Defendants-appellants, Derryl T. Hall and Pamela K. Hall, appeal pro se the decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, in a foreclosure action.
