Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by (1) deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the plaintiff's motion which was for leave to enter a judgment against the defendant in the sum of $915,650 for rent arrears only to the extent of awarding the plaintiff the sum of $518,500 for rent arrears, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the plaintiff's motion to the extent of awarding the plaintiff the sum of $683,000 for rent arrears...
