The court properly declined to deliver a circumstantial evidence charge, because both direct and circumstantial evidence established defendant's guilt, even if some of the direct evidence required the drawing of inferences (see People v Roldan, 88 N.Y.2d 826 [1996]; People v Singleton, 102 A.D.3d 517, 518 [1st Dept 2013], lv denied 21 N.Y.3d 1020
