PEOPLE v. PARRISH

2018-01282, Ind. No. 2325-15.

179 A.D.3d 841 (2020)

113 N.Y.S.3d 900

2020 NY Slip Op 00305

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Michael D. Parrish, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department.

Decided January 15, 2020.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his challenges to the voluntariness of his plea of guilty (see People v Lopez, 6 N.Y.3d 248, 256 [2006]). In any event, the record belies his claim that his plea of guilty was not knowing, intelligent, and voluntary (see People v Mitchell, 166 A.D.3d 1233, 1234-1235 [2018]).
