We agree with the Supreme Court's determination to deny those branches of the defendant's omnibus motion which were to suppress physical evidence and statements he made to law enforcement officials. At the suppression hearing, the arresting officer testified that on the morning of December 14, 2016, while wearing plain clothes and riding with other officers in an unmarked vehicle, he observed a sedan pass the officers' vehicle...
