In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant third-party plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schmidt, J.), dated April 24, 2015, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint with leave to renew.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
