Massaro, J.), rendered June 29, 2011, as amended July 26, 2011, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 20 years, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of reducing the amounts of the mandatory surcharge and crime victim assistance fee to $250 and $20, respectively, and otherwise affirmed.
