In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Florio, Ct. Atty. Ref.), entered June 27, 2012, which, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the sum of $61,230.30.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
