This action began as an attempt by Plaintiff CCU LLC (henceforth, "CCU" or "Plaintiff") to collect a debt allegedly owed by Defendant Alexander Steier (henceforth, "Steier" or "Defendant"). A default judgment was entered against Steier in October of 2005. Thereafter, Plaintiff began enforcement through garnishment of Defendant's salary. Steier filed an Order to Show Cause in 2012 seeking to vacate judgment and income executions and to restore the case...
