This is one of nine similar actions alleging that defendant released toxic chemicals from its manufacturing facility in the Village of Endicott, Broome County into the environment, thereby contaminating the air and groundwater, causing the plaintiffs in each action to suffer medical problems and real estate devaluation, among other things.
