KAVANAGH, J.

Defendant waived indictment and was charged with one count of robbery in the second degree in a superior court information. Defendant pleaded guilty to that charge and waived his right to appeal and was thereafter sentenced in accordance with the plea agreement, as relevant here, to seven years in prison to be followed by five years of postrelease supervision.
