Defendant K.H.(S.) appeals from a final decision of the Director of the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) concluding that defendant neglected her children, M.H. and I.H.1 N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.21(c). The consequence of this finding is that defendant, a child-care professional, will be included in the New Jersey Child Abuse Registry, N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.11 (the Registry). According...
