After a jury trial in Superior Court (Sullivan, J.), the defendant, Horace King, was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. See RSA 632-A:2 (Supp.2010). On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his supplemental motion for in camera review of the victim's, K.H.'s, medical and counseling records. We reverse and remand.
