The county court, sitting as a juvenile court, adjudicated Taeven Z. based upon his mother's ingestion of a morphine pill that was not prescribed to her. The mother, Alishia M.-Z., appeals, challenging the court's jurisdiction of her child and the overruling, in part, of her motion to dismiss.
