Rodrico Lewis Jackson ("Rodrico") and Antonio Lee Jackson ("Antonio")1 (together, "Defendants") were convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon. On appeal, they contend that the trial court erred by denying their motion to discharge the jury venire because their race was disproportionately underrepresented and by denying their motions to dismiss for insufficiency of the evidence.
