("Andy")1 appeals the trial court's Juvenile Orders dismissing the case of resisting a public officer and ordering Andy's commitment to the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention ("DJJDP") for placement in a youth development center. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
