On 7 August 2006, the Chatham County Grand Jury issued a two-count indictment charging defendant Marcus Arnell Craven with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, and with sale and delivery of cocaine. In January 2007, defendant pled guilty to the charge of sale of cocaine in exchange for dismissal of the other charge.
