Linson was sentenced as a second and subsequent offender under section 41-29-147 (Rev.2005) and a habitual offender under Mississippi Code Annotated section 99-19-81 (Rev.2007), to serve sixty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without eligibility...
