¶ 1. Charldrick Betts was indicted on three counts: Count I for possession of cocaine in an amount greater than 0.10 gram, Count II for possession of less than thirty grams of marijuana, and Count III for felony eluding of a police officer. Betts was convicted on Counts I and III, but the trial court declared a mistrial on Count II. On appeal, Betts argues that: (1) the trial court erred when it restricted his cross-examination;
