¶ 1. Alston King was convicted by a jury of one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The Sunflower County Circuit Court sentenced King to serve thirty years for the cocaine possession and ten years for the marijuana possession, with the ten-year sentence to run consecutively to the thirty-year sentence.
