On February 7, 1997, H. Stanley Hammack and his wife, Jeannette Hammack, ("Grantors") executed a revocable, inter vivos trust denominated the "Stan Hammack Family Revocable Trust Dated 02/07/97" and placed almost all of their assets therein.
