Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of attempted second-degree assault, carrying a pistol in a public place while under the influence of alcohol, and disorderly conduct. Appellant challenges his attempted-assault and carrying-a-pistol convictions, arguing that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support those convictions.
