We consider in this case whether a foreclosure by advertisement initiated by appellant 1st Fidelity Loan Servicing, LLC (1st Fidelity), to collect the debt secured by a mortgage on the home of respondent Doris Ruiz (Ruiz) resulted in a valid foreclosure despite 1st Fidelity's failure to comply with certain statutory requirements.
