Lance Gerald Milliman was found guilty after a bench trial of the petty misdemeanor offense of engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. The conviction is based on stipulated evidence that Milliman executed on a civil judgment, on behalf of a judgment creditor, by levying on a judgment debtor's earnings.
