Relator challenges the determination of an unemployment-law-judge (ULJ) that her employment was noncovered, making her ineligible for unemployment-compensation benefits. Because the ULJ did not err by determining that her employment was noncovered, based on her ownership of more than 25% of a limited-liability company, which in turn owned more than 25% of the corporation, and because the corporation failed to file an election to designate...
