Plaintiff sued her no-fault insurer for failure to provide benefits. Defendant-insurer brought a motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) asserting the absence of a question of material fact on its claim that plaintiff violated a fraud provision in the policy and so was excluded from benefits.
