Defendant pleaded guilty to one count each of possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv), operating a motor vehicle while having a controlled substance in his body (marijuana), MCL 257.625(8), and interfering with or influencing a witness by threat or intimidation, MCL 750.122(3). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 5 to 20 years' imprisonment for the possession of cocaine conviction, 93 days' imprisonment...
