Plaintiffs appeal as of right the circuit court's order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

I. FACTS

This case arises out of a breach of contract claim in accordance with the Michigan No-Fault Act, MCL 500.3101 et seq., involving defendant's insured, Theresa Cooper.
