[¶1] After Ronald and Karen White encountered problems with a used car they had just bought from Real Deal Auto Sales & Service Center, LLC, they asked Real Deal to either replace the car's catalytic converters or allow them to return the car for a refund. Real Deal refused, and the Whites had the repairs done elsewhere....
