Merilee Rosenberg, appellant, underwent brain surgery, in 2008, for Parkinson's disease. Unable thereafter to manage her financial affairs due to the side effects of her surgery and her Parkinson's disease, she consented to the appointment of a guardian over her property by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Two years later, believing that she had sufficiently recovered to resume control over her affairs, she urged the court-appointed guardian...
