HOTTEN, J.

On August 27, 2009, appellant, William Leslie Harrison, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Harford County of sexual abuse of a minor. Appellant was sentenced to ten years imprisonment, with all but five suspended. Appellant noted a timely appeal, and presents two questions for review, which we quote:

1. Whether the evidence at trial was sufficient to establish that Mr. Harrison had "responsibility for supervision of a minor," an element...
