Defendants, AG Resource Holdings, LLC, AG Resource Management, LLC, and AgriFund, LLC, appeal a judgment granting a preliminary injunction which prohibits defendants from enforcing non-competition and choice of law provisions of an employment contract. For the following reasons, we affirm.
