Defendant, Christopher Mullen, was charged by bill of information with molestation of a juvenile, a violation of La. R.S. 14:81.2(B). He pled not guilty. Subsequently, the State filed a superseding bill of indictment charging defendant with one count of aggravated rape (count one), a violation of La. R.S. 14:42,
