This appeal arises out of the district court's grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant/appellee, Aon Risk Services of Louisiana, Inc. ("Aon"), which dismissed all claims against Aon, with prejudice. The State of Louisiana, through the Division of Administration, Office of Risk Management ("ORM"), appeals a judgment of the district court that denied the State's motion for reconsideration and motion for new trial.
