Clint Ashworth filed a workers' compensation claim against his employer, Big Easy Foods of Louisiana, LLC, and its insurer, LUBA Casualty Insurance Company (collectively, "Big Easy"), after he severed the tip of his finger while cleaning a meat grinder.
