Defendant, Jason M. Kiger, appeals his conviction of aggravated rape in violation of La. R.S. 14:42 and his sentence of life imprisonment without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence from the 24th Judicial District Court, Division "D". For the following reasons, we affirm Defendant's conviction and sentence and remand the matter to the trial court with instructions.
