MARC E. JOHNSON, Judge.

Defendant, Jeffery Davis, appeals his conviction for second degree murder on the basis he was denied his constitutional right to confront a witness and the erroneous admission of other crimes evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm Defendant's conviction and sentence.

Defendant was indicted by a grand jury on May 5, 2011 and charged with the second degree murder of Rodney Ross in violation of La. R.S. 14:30.1.
