The defendant, Richard D. Dickson, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64, and jumping bail, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:110.1. He pled guilty to the lesser included offense of aggravated burglary, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60.
